Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Hydro Jetting Pros ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at prohydrojetting.com, including any sub-pages, mobile-optimized versions, phone inquiry numbers, and related dispatch services.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry form, or contacting our dispatch line at (833) 757-5377, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our site and services immediately.
2. Description of Dispatch & Referral Services
Hydro Jetting Pros operates as a nationwide trade information portal, customer support resource, and dispatch referral network. We connect residential property owners, commercial kitchens, HOAs, and property management firms with independent, licensed plumbing and sewer scouring specialists equipped with industrial high-pressure hydro jetting machinery (up to 4,000 PSI).
Services facilitated through our network include, but are not limited to:
- Residential main sewer line hydro jetting and root scouring;
- Commercial restaurant grease line jetting and FOG compliance clearing;
- Tree root shearing and high-torque warthog nozzle cutting;
- Cast iron pipe descaling, rust removal, and tuberculation restoration;
- High-definition CCTV sewer and drain camera inspection diagnostics;
- Storm drain, yard basin, and perimeter culvert flush cleaning;
- 24/7 emergency dispatch for raw sewage backups and toilet backflows.
3. Independent Contractor Relationship
Hydro Jetting Pros does not directly perform plumbing or sewer contracting services. All physical drain cleaning, pipe scouring, camera inspections, and repairs are performed by independent, third-party plumbing professionals and drain cleaning contractors.
These technicians operate their own independent businesses and maintain their own local trade licenses, municipal registrations, vehicle fleet, and liability insurance. Hydro Jetting Pros does not employ these contractors as employees or agents. When you schedule service, your legal contract for physical workmanship, pricing authorization, and direct guarantees is formed solely between you and the servicing contractor.
4. Upfront Pricing & Service Estimates
We believe in transparent, upfront flat-rate pricing. Typical residential sewer line jetting generally ranges between $450 and $950 depending on pipe diameter, lateral run length, cleanout accessibility, and severity of blockages. Heavy commercial root cutting, multi-story drainage stacks, and grease line restorations are estimated according to scope.
All cost estimates provided over the phone or online are preliminary estimates based on the customer's description of symptoms. Final pricing must be confirmed and authorized by the property owner with the local technician on-site before high-pressure hydro jetting or diagnostic work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed until you have approved the on-site estimate.
5. Diagnostic Camera Inspection Services
As outlined across our website, high-definition video camera pipe inspection is available as a specialized diagnostic service that can be scheduled alongside hydro jetting or booked as a standalone evaluation. Camera inspection is not automatically included for free in every routine clearing job.
Video camera inspections provide real-time visual assessment of accessible piping to identify tree root intrusions, cracked joints, pipe collapse, or offset fittings. While camera inspections deliver invaluable diagnostic insight, they do not constitute a structural warranty or guarantee against unreached branch lines or future soil settling.
6. Customer Responsibilities & Worksite Access
To enable technicians to safely complete water jetting and pipe cleaning, customers agree to:
- Provide clear, unobstructed physical access to exterior or interior sewer cleanouts, access caps, and electrical/water connections;
- Disclose known structural defects, including pre-existing pipe collapses, orangeburg composite lines, or brittle clay segments;
- Ensure an authorized adult (18 years or older) is present on the premises during technician arrival, camera diagnostic review, and work completion;
- Authorize work and confirm payment terms directly with the servicing technician upon completion of agreed deliverables.
7. High-Pressure Jetting & Pipe Integrity Disclaimers
Industrial hydro jetters operate at water pressures ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 PSI to shear roots and scour hardened scale. Qualified technicians calibrate pressures to safely wash pipes without stressing healthy pipe walls.
However, hydro jetting cleans obstructions; it cannot structurally repair or restore pipes that have already suffered structural collapse, severe rot, ground displacement, or pre-existing fractures. Hydro Jetting Pros and dispatch partners are not liable for pre-existing pipe decay, deteriorated sub-standard piping (such as disintegrated tar-paper Orangeburg), or structural failures resulting from aged, compromised line infrastructure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hydro Jetting Pros, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, water damage, business interruption, or personal property damages, arising out of or related to your use of this website or services performed by independent contractors.
In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability relating directly to your use of this platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Hydro Jetting Pros (if any) or $100, whichever is less.

Any legal claim or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction located within that state.
